Superman: Exile is the title of a 1989 comic book story published over several Superman titles.

Official description: Compelled by remorse and guilt over his greatest personal failure, Superman, Earth's greatest hero, sees no alternative but to leave his adopted home forever. Now, in the vastness of space, the Man of Steel is about to learn the true meaning of the word... alone.
