Silsby is a small town somewhere in the United States, originally famous during the 50's for having the world's deepest oil well, a well that extends down nearly 6 miles. It later became the site on which the Mole Men first ascended to the surface of the Earth.

Angry citizens in the town, led by Luke Benson, attacked the first Mole Men to visit the surface.
