I am not sure why when I put that "As a planet" section, you got rid of that. I just wanted to make Rao and Krypton be known like something like a Kepler planet, in which those are described as a planet.
Hey Scarecroe! I'm Jamie from FANDOM's Community Development team! Would you be interested in turning on the Discussions feature for this community, and migrating the Threaded Forums across as well.
In case you are unaware of the feature, Discussions was introduced last year to help communities engage with users and fans. It lives in its own space on the wiki and allows users to interact with other members of the community. It is also mobile friendly and gives mobile users a chance to contribute and engage with the community, and possibly turn them into wiki editors as well. You can read more about Discussions here.
For more information on migrating forums to Discussions, you can check out this blog over on Community Central that explains everything in detail.
If you have some concerns, Discussions, and Forums can exist side-by-side in case you do not want to migrate just yet. However, eventually all Forums will be migrated over to Discussions and Forums will be sunsetted as a feature, so getting ahead of the curve is never a bad idea.
Feel free to have an open discussion with your community about this, and I'm available for any questions you might have. Have a good one!
Hi Jamie! Thanks for the offer, but I'm not interested in using the Discussions product as I don't feel it reflects the spirit of the wiki. If the time comes when Discussions has evolved into something that can be properly integrated into the wiki, I'd very much be interested in using it. Thanks!
I don't know if I have done it correctly, but I added a quote from the Batman movie (Batman Forever (1995)) and a nod to the movie, in Lois and Clark, to which, I think, Clark to Lois gave a quote about Gotham. I am fairly sure about the Batman movie, but I am not too sure if Clark gave that quote to Lois as the quote doesn't give any reference to whom is speaking that quote.
I hope that you can help with it and thanks in advance.
Hi, I think those are good additions. I have one note: Similar to Wikipedia's policy, it's best to adhere to a Neutral Point of View (NPOV) when writing for wiki articles. So, words like "interestingly" or writing from a personal perspective with phrases like "I believe" should be avoided. Since anyone can edit an article, the viewpoint could radically change with each edit. To help the growth of the article, keeping the tone in NPOV is a good practice.
This used to be in Wikia's Help documents, but I can't seem to find it there now, so it's impossible for new contributors to know. I'm going go through and update that section today.
