Karsta Wor-Ul is a Kryptonian woman living on Earth. Superman discovered her after a being known as the Auctioneer stated that his scans indicated three Kryptonians living on Earth.

She was part of the military of the Kryptonian Empire, serving under Admiral Dru-Zod. She had left the planet centuries before its destruction and exposed herself to yellow sunlight, along with her companions.

Finding herself hunted by a pirate by the name of Amalak, she fled from world to world, finally settling on Earth.
