The Intergalactic Villains Club is a club of villains from all over the galaxy. They are headquartered in the Hall of Doom. Among their members is Mechanikat, who is vying for leadership, but is unable to get elected as he still can't defeat Krypto, the Superdog. (Krypto the Superdog)
