The Menace of Metallo is a Superman comic story in Action Comics #252.
Plot[]
John Corben considers himself the perfect criminal... until he gets into a car accident and is fatally wounded. A doctor, passing by, finds him and rebuilds his body using robotic parts, powered by a Uranium heart. Corben must now steal Uranium to keep himself alive. This brings him into conflict with Superman.
