Aura Bracelets are an alien accessory that make the wearer's body surrounded by an etherial glow. Supergirl took one, as everything on that planet was free. She then used it to decorate her Fortress of Solitude. It was presumably destroyed along with the fortress. ("Supergirl's Fortress of Solitude!")
