All-Star Superman is a Superman comic maxi-series. Consisting of 12 issues, it features Superman's adventures in a new continuity, based closely on pre-crisis continuity.

In the beginning of the series, Superman is subjected to a slow cellular death through intense solar radiation. Having a short amount of time to live, he attempts to finish his tasks in life
